    The Company expanded its activities in LPG in 2001, and opened its first gas station in Belgrade (Krnjača, Pančevački put 69). Nowdays we have eight gas stations and we plan to build several new ones. Working hours of all our gas stations is from 00 to 24.

    The most important thing for us is the gas quality. With this approach, we have gained many devoted customers, especially in Belgrade. Our motto is: FOR THE SAME PRICE, BETTER ENGINE PERFORMANCE.

    In Belgrade, at our gas station in Dragoslava Srejovića street we have car service shop for installation and maintenance of vehicle gas appliances. This service is fully equipped and also has a team with several years of experience in this field.

    What one need to know about liquiefied petrol gas

    Liquefied petroleum gas, better known by the acronym LPG (Liquiefied Petrol Gas), is a mixture of propane and butane C4H10 - C3H8, which is stored at elevated pressure, so that both gases (under normal conditions in gaseous state), are in liquid state. In addition to propane and butane in the mixture, you may find some other fuel components (C3H6 propylene, butylene C4H8O etc.) in small quantities, whose content is regulated by the appropriate standard.

    In the common language, LPG is mentioned as: propane-butane (or butane), and in some countries LPG is called: propane. When intended use is in households, it is known simply as: gas and when it is used as vehicle fuel name is: car gas. Due to its favorable characteristics, LPG is a very widely used in households, industry, agriculture and as fuel for internal combustion engines.

    LPG is obtained in two ways. From natural gas, in raw natural gas fractionation processes during which are separated: ethane, propane, butane and other gases. These procedures are carried out in special facilities "NGL plants", near the site of natural gas. Another way of getting LPG are procedures of primary and secondary refining.

    LPG is heavier than air, so in case of possible leak, it settles near the ground. If there is an air flow, gas will flow along the ground and accumulate the recesses, so that it can reach much further from the leaking place. Particular care should be taken when we choose place for LPG tank in the household.

    From the environmental aspect LPG is very convenient fuel. Since it can easily form a mixture with air, LPG is almost completely burned. Because of that the products of incomplete combustion (carbon monoxide CO, hydrocarbons HC, cad C and particles PM) arise in minimal amounts.

    In addition, due to very high proportion level of hydrogen molecules in compounds that are making the substance, combustion products are made mostly of water vapor and H2O - not CO2. Since CO2 is the main responsible for greenhouse effects, the latest legislation limits the content of CO2 in vehicles exhaust gases. Due to the proces lower maximum temperatures, emission of nitrogen oxides is significantly reduced. In addition, in the composition of exhaust gases we have no lead or sulfur compounds, which also have bad environment impact. In terms of quality of exhaust emission, engines powered by LPG outperform the most of modern diesel engines.

    Application of gas in internal combustion engines has a very long tradition. Moreover, the first internal combustion engines used different types of gas as fuel. In the beginning of this century, liquid petroleum products took the lead as engine fuel, and the main reasons were difficulties in gas production, storage and manipulation. However, use of gas for vehicle gas engines was never completely abandoned, especially in some specific cases, such as vehicles for internal transport.

    Today, LPG is experiencing a renaissance in its use due to the pronounced environment protection awareness and also because of its cost-effectiveness. LPG is currently considered as the most important alternative fuel for transportation.
